This is  a picture of myself in the Mt Rose backcountry in Tahoe, first tracks in the early morning.  We had driven up through heavy fog, despairing of any light for shooting, when we broke through the clouds into bluebird conditions  near the top of the 8900' summit of Mt Rose Highway.
